Your programs are complex. Your stakeholders are demanding. Your margins for error are thin. I bring 12 years of enterprise-level program governance, PMO leadership, and portfolio strategy to organizations that need results.
Welcome!
Hi, I’m Tiffany Kennedy — a PMP-certified program director and PM consultant with 12 years of experience managing complex, high-stakes programs in manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and transportation.
I’ve spent my career building the systems that keep large organizations out of trouble — enterprise PMO frameworks, portfolio governance structures, risk mitigation offices, and strategic planning platforms. At Trane Technologies, I led the build-out of the Commercial HVAC Americas PMO governance function and spearheaded the rollout of a company-wide portfolio management platform across a multi-billion dollar business unit.
I started The Intelligent Project Manager to bring that same enterprise-grade expertise directly to organizations that need it. Whether you’re trying to stabilize a failing program, stand up a PMO from scratch, or align your project portfolio to strategic priorities — I know how to get there.
I’m also a U.S. Army Veteran and hold an MBA, PMP, CSM, and Cornell Engineering Leadership certificate.

Welcome!
Hi, I’m Tiffany Kennedy and I’m glad you stopped by. I’m a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and former U.S. Army leader turned career strategist. Over the past decade, I’ve managed complex programs across technology, healthcare, transportation, and manufacturing, leading cross-functional teams through everything from large-scale digital transformations to enterprise PMO rollouts.
I started The Intelligent Project Manager because I believe project management isn’t just a career skill, it’s a life framework. The same principles that help us deliver billion-dollar programs can also help us make confident decisions about our careers, our growth, and the direction we want to take next.
During my career at Amazon, I served as a Bar Raiser, helping interview and calibrate candidates for high-impact roles. That experience showed me how even the most talented professionals struggle to communicate their value clearly. Not because they lack experience, but because they don’t have a structured way to tell their story.
