The Intelligent Project Manager
Helping professionals use project management principles to build smarter careers, earn certifications, and land their next opportunity.
Use project management skills to land your next role, certification, or career milestone.
My goal is to help all professionals apply PM skills to preparing for and landing your next job, getting certified, and grow into their next leadership position.
Welcome!
Hi, I’m Tiffany Kennedy and I’m glad you stopped by. I’m a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and former U.S. Army leader turned career strategist. Over the past decade, I’ve managed complex programs across technology, healthcare, transportation, and manufacturing, leading cross-functional teams through everything from large-scale digital transformations to enterprise PMO rollouts.
I started The Intelligent Project Manager because I believe project management isn’t just a career skill, it’s a life framework. The same principles that help us deliver billion-dollar programs can also help us make confident decisions about our careers, our growth, and the direction we want to take next.
During my career at Amazon, I served as a Bar Raiser, helping interview and calibrate candidates for high-impact roles. That experience showed me how even the most talented professionals struggle to communicate their value clearly. Not because they lack experience, but because they don’t have a structured way to tell their story.
